How the club uses the information on this website.
Who we are
Rotary e-Club of Kerala Global ("the club") runs this website. Contact us at info@rotaryclubkeralaglobal.com.
What we collect from visitors
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message so the Club Secretary can reply. We do not use advertising trackers.
What we collect from members
Members' area accounts hold the details members choose to provide: name, contact details, designation, company, emirate, hometown, optional blood group, spouse name, birthday, anniversary, a profile photo and an optional family photo. We do not collect children's names or full home addresses.
Who can see member details
Only signed-in, active members can see the directory. Each member can hide optional fields. Club admins can see all fields to keep records accurate. Board names, roles and portraits appear publicly on the Leadership page.
How long we keep it
While you are a member. When membership ends your access is switched off; you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile at any time, download your data, or ask us to delete it by writing to the email above. We aim to follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Where data is stored
Member data and files are stored with our hosting providers (Supabase for the database and files). Full photo albums and videos are held in the club's Google account.
